Flexible Delivery
At Flow Furniture, we prioritize clear communication and reliable service when it comes to delivering your furniture. We provide realistic timelines for orders, ensuring you know when to expect your new pieces. If there are any delays, we proactively reach out to you, so you’re always informed and never left wondering about the status of your order.
Our white glove delivery service is available for $75 within a 50km radius, with custom quotes for longer distances or deliveries into the U.S. This premium service includes unwrapping, setup, and removal of packing materials, allowing you to enjoy your new furniture without the hassle.
For those who prefer to handle their own transportation, clients are also welcome to pick up their items themselves. At Flow Furniture, our goal is to make your delivery experience as smooth and convenient as possible.
Design Services
With over 25 years of experience, Flow Furniture offers complimentary in-house design services, including room planning and fabric selection. Our goal is to help you create a space that perfectly reflects your style and meets your functional needs.
For more extensive assistance or in-home consultations, we collaborate with several accomplished designers. Depending on the value of your order, we offer rebates that cover either a portion or the entirety of the designer’s fee.
